These terms apply to merchants using the Perkora app by LooLon on Shopify.
Perkora lets you run free gifts, buy X get Y offers and quantity tiers in your store, using Shopify's own discount system. You are responsible for your offers, products, prices and the orders you ship.
Plans are billed through Shopify in USD as a flat monthly or yearly price. Every plan has every feature. Perkora never charges per order: if your store goes over the orders included in its plan, offers keep running at the same price. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; Shopify ends the billing when you uninstall.
We work to keep Perkora available, but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. Please check your offers in your store after changing them.
To the extent allowed by law, LooLon is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for Perkora in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app before important changes take effect.
